- Client Questionnaire. It’s the first step toward a successful business website! Please review and submit our on-line Client Questionnaire.
- Site Design Consultation. After we have reviewed your questionnaire, a Hoopla web designer will contact you and discuss your ideas and address any questions, or preferences you may have.
- Content and Designer Fee. Along with your designer fee send us your website content. (See your selected CMS Plan for designer fee and convenient payment option here.)

- text from a word document
- image files (jpg or png formats)
- company logo
- advertisements
- Site Composition. Within approximately 3-7 business days, your Hoopla web designer will present to you one to three site compositions for you to select from.
- Site Production. Depending on your project, in approximately 5-15 business days, your your Hoopla web designer will present to you, your NEW business website!
- Final Approval and Balance. The balance or payment plan fee is due only after you give final approval on your Hoopla designed website.
